Refusal to refund on product ripoff taking advantage of the public Ohio

I ordered a "free sample" of enzyte on the internet. I noted "free sample" I was automatically entered in their customer data base and will be recieving a monthly supply at the cost of $69.95 per month. I was told there was no refunds and I could not return the product. I was not aware of being entered in this data base and did not authorize this charge on my bill. The company told me the only thing I could do would be to cancel, which I did and I recieved a cancellation number.
This company has bad buisness practices and is taking advantage of the public.
