Com ripoff fraudulent billing

I ordered the free 30 day supply of Avlimil by phone. I was led to beleive that no additional product would be shipped prier to my approval. I was asked for my credit card for shipping purposes only: Stupid Me, I gave it to them!

I also asked if they would couninue to ship this product to me, and again was re-assurred that I would be notified before any product was shipped. Now I have received in the mail a 2 months supply and a letter stating they are charging my credit card account $70.00 every 2 months plus shipping.

Now here is the "kicker"... They advertise "Money Back; Satisfaction Guaranteed". Now, the inclosed letter states that AFTER!!! YOU have purchased a full 12 months supply, and you are not completely satisfied with the results, they will give you back a full money-back refund...

There is a phone number to call to cancel before the next shippment is shipped for cancellation, and a web page to go to also to cancel, but there is no place on the web page to cancel.
I have tried calling the 866 number and have waited on hold up to 30 minutes.

Please HELP me! What can I do to stop the shipments? I can send them back to the P.O. Box on the shipment label, but how am I assured there will not be charges to my credit card?
