Tatiana lied about giving me a refund

I ordered from this co.in july and it was not a b/o when ordered. When I did not get my order I checked on it and now it said b/o. I tried to call but the phone just sent you back to the website so I sent a email and heard form no one for a long time I finally heard from someone called Tatiana? Not sure if it is a good name but she said my refund would be coming in 1 to 2 billing cycles. Never recieved any refund and never can get anyone to answer my mail.

Never order from this company unless you too want to be ripped off
