I ordered a shirt from TGW.com back in March, and i never recieved the order. The first 10-12 days i just thought it was delayed, but after a month of not recieving my ordered i emailed TGW.com to tell them i never recieved my shirt. They told me that the order had been shipped, so to wait, and then contact UPS to issue a refund. I waited, and the shirt never came, so i emailed TGW.com again to tell them to contact UPS, "do whatever you got to do, " to get me my refund.
Several Months later, and a different customer service contact, emailed me to let me know that my refund had been issued on june 26th. 10 days later, i checked with my bank, no refund was seen in my statment. I ordered my shirt back in March, its almost half way through July... How long does it take to issue a refund, let alone complete an order. TGW.com has lost my business forever! And I want my money back, i'm a college student, need everything i can get - especially when its rightfully mine. I was lied to, ignored for months, and never reimbursed. Someone help me, i don't know what else to do.
