Our name is Earl Whipple and that I submitted two Giorgio Amani Rx structures for brand new spring handles, fresh nose-piece, and an arm fix. I delivered them in on June 8 and had a telephone discussion n / Christine within their laboratory on June20th and was handed an estimation of thirty days -as a result of 2-week back-log on the work and 14 days had a need to execute the particular function.in middle-July, I followed-up and after many telephone calls I acquired through and was informed my spectacles were being focus on and really should be finished in about five times and delivered in my experience.in August, I started departing more voicemail and e-mail - initial when a week then later twice per week. On June 15th I obtained a note from the lady stating a discussion was required to complete the task. Because that day I've quit communications nearly every evening detailing I had been returning THEIR call. And nothing. I contact the Christine the laboratory technologyis cell number, the primary company telephone number, and client request email. No answers since June 15th. I'd like my spectacles delivered completely fixed or delivered with complete return - TODAY.
