Never Shipped Order or Refunded Money

I placed an order with hotdrugs.net in April. Two months later they had not even shipped my order. I requested a refund in July and still don't have my money back. They keep trying to place the blame on the e-check company who collects money for them and the e-check company says it is not their responsibility to issue refunds that hotdrugs.net is supposed to issue refunds directly to the customer. Either way, never order from this company, they will just steal your money.
