The non profit I work with applied Press and Promise being an easy method for contributors to provide to the cause. Nevertheless, several contributors unearthed that their little contributions charge significantly more than they desired to provide, due to "worldwide bank costs." For instance, a $5.00 gift may involve a $3.62 extra charge that will seem about the contributoris charge card statement. Press and Promise provides a "Merchant Account" that allegedly stops this, but in a more expensive towards the business. They don't react to demands to return the overcharges to contributors.
