Scam organization rates hospitals who are their donors

The LeapFrog Group is an organization that, as a "501 (c)" rates hospitals.

However, the hospitals they rates are also their donors.

The big donors get A ratings, while the smaller hospitals get lower ratings (whose checks don't clear as big).

This organization claims to "care, " but what they really care about is money, with huge salaries for it's executives who run this "not for profit" organizations.

The LeapFrog Group is a total scam.
