Whilst the mother-of a dental associate in the nearby Aspen dentist office, I had been informed that I had been eligible for 2 free cleanings/year and savings on additional providers. Thinking this, I obtained a porcelain top and settled the $454 cost at that time of the support in January. Our balance was subsequently zero as demonstrated on the paperwork.in May I obtained a statement for $619.00. Their clarification was they determined the mom didn't qualify as instant household and that I shouldn't have gotten any savings. I'm currently getting email from the bill collector.
