Possible scam / mistake

I visited Aspen dental to get a discussion on the dental implant afer completing the first types and providing my insurance data I had been educated they didn't do dental implants as of this office. I quit work without actually viewing a dentist. A couple weeks later I obtained a notice from my insurance provider questioning some costs. Aspen charged my insurance provider nearly $200.00 in phony costs!!! After which had the nerve to deliver me a statement for complete xrays! After I named them-they were extreamly rude! They removed all of the costs after I erupted about the telephone, nevertheless I'd to create many calls to clean up this chaos. I'd recommend never to visit Aspen Dental!!
