Refund Impossible

I too was pulled into the advertisement of All Day Slim - weightloss via a pill. I shouldn' t have been surprised that it did not deliver. But what did deliver all too quickly was my next shipment of pills even before I completed my "14 day free trial". Unfortunatly it came at an all too hefty price tag. Before I actally saw my credit card bill I was charged over $140 for two shipments that came within 7 days of my orginal shipment.

I found it frustrating in trying to contact the "customer service" department. They kept telling me that I had to cancel within the "14 day trail period" in order to obtain a full refund. I am surprised in this day and age that we are still experiency poor customer service.

The product didnt work. I didn't open the next bottle and sent it back without the RMA # attached. And now they are telling me tough. WoW. I know I will never work with this company again and I will be notify my Attorney General of this total scam.
