This company's product does not work and they have poor customer service! Not even sure why they have a customer service department because they have no interest in satisfying the customer. They refused to let me speak with a manager and kept telling me to refer to the terms & agreements. It's never made clear if the 14 day trial is 14 business or consecutive days. They offer on their site a "free" trial less s&h. If customers don't want to be charged $89.95 per bottle they have to cancel within the 14 day trial period. Problem is everything they work off is based on business days yet if you wish to cancel it's based on 14 consecutive days. They do not specify in their terms & agreements. The other problem, they start counting those 14 days the day you place your order. So your trial begins before you even receive your product! I received my product & 6 days later my "trial" ended! I thought however I'd have 14 business days so I missed the cancellation window, I have a product that doesn't even work & I'm out 200 bucks. I urge all to stay away from this company's products!
