Rio-Slim— I feel completely ripped off by this company. Within 2 days of being charged for my initial shipment, my credit card was charged for a second (unauthorized) shipment. I wish I had looked on the internet before ordering this product from a direct mail flyer. It has been impossible to contact a human at "customer service" to cancel. I've tried 2 different phone numbers over a period of days and every time got a recorded message telling me to "leave a message and a trained representative will contact you." No one ever calls back! At the other phone number there is always a message that says "mail box is full." I want to cancel and return the unauthorized shipment but it is impossible. This company's service is a nightmare. I contacted my credit card company to block any further charges but they said that can't happen until I try to work with Rio-Slim to resoilve the problem. How can you work with a company that is hiding from it's customers. I feel like an idiot for ordering from them. Stay away from this company!
