Bad customer service

I had been dissapointed about the Service Customer Support using the Front-Office. I had been schuduled for a scheduled appointment end-of July, and also the team that I recall being there, was no further there! I'd been likely to this service for around annually. I arrived in July for my Diabetes problems, and that I remember Maddy within the Entrance really Educated aswell the check-out woman, Anna was so nice and soothing and had an incredible character! I actually donot understand what is certainly going on with this large Turn Over with this specific Organization! I'd to cope with an extremely rude, noisy woman called Kendra! She made me feel inexperienced. The Leading Office Customer Support individuals are terrible and rude! I'm annoyed, and that I will soon be searching for another spot to consider my company!
