I was dissapointed on the Facility Customer Service with the Front Office. I was schuduled for an appointment end of August, and the staff that I remember being there, was no longer there! I had been going to this facility for about a year. I came in June for my Diabetes issues, and I recall Maddy in the Front very Knowledgeable as well the check out girl, Anna was so sweet and comforting and had an amazing personality! I don't know what is going on with this huge Turn-Over with this Company! I had to deal with a very rude, loud girl named Kendra! She made me feel incompetent. The Front Office Customer Service people are horrible and rude! I am upset, and I will be looking for another place to take my business!
