At The Beach not good customer relationship lost contract

I went to the local salon to put a freeze on my account as I had sustained a severe knee injury and was scheduled to have surgery the following week. My account had just been charged the mthly fee that day and Iwas told the freeze would not apply until the following month even though I waould be unable to use itr. The girl there said she could make no exceptions but to try the corporate office. She gave me their numberand copies of the freeze. She tolf me to be sure to hold on when I called not to leave a message because they never call back.

I called corporate within 20 min. Of leaving there and after an extensive hold was told that there were absolutly no exception that there was no "button" to reverse the charge, and "no" there was no "button" to issue a credit once the charge was confirmed, and "no" there was not a supervisor who cvould make that decision because they do not have a "button" either.

When I inquired as to the buy out I was give one figure but when I questioned the buy out policy of paying half when 12 or less remains he said"oh, yes I guess you do qualify for that". I did the buy out, but At The Beach actually lost out more because I only wanted a credit for the full charge and start the freeze immed. For 2 months then start back tanninng once my knee had healed, paying the original price. They would have made more over the long run, but unfortunatly for them no one there had a "button" on their computer to make it work.

I will not go back and I willl not recommend them. I am a business owner who has customers from alll over the country who come in for varies stays and rely on our office for referals.
