I put an Order-ID #8418347 with Elegance World Offer Shops/Beauty World Offer Shops * Dallas, WA 98105 US on Day: 3 Apr - 15:36 for just two Lanza Urban Components Hair Shine 4.2oz. 18.99 each, total $ 37.98. I obtained a confirmation mail, but never received the merchandise. I've sent customer service@elegance-universe.com five times so when I attempted to accomplish an order status type using the link they sent in my experience, it today doesn't occur. Is there something I will do to get my money-back? Don't purchase out of this organization. No telephone number to contact.
