Ordered a DVD from Video Universe. Received generic receipt from Hollywood Block. Sent E-mail with receipt number to Video Universe, got a generic e-mail from CD Universe telling me that they cannot help that their name is CD Universe, not Hollywood Block. I sent back a rather nasty e-mail telling them that since they apparently jobbed out my order they had BETTER help me. I know they won't as I see many complaints about Hollywood Block, CD Universe, and Video Universe, a bit too late.
