Didn't obtain product fo that is paid

I requested one product from their site - beauty-mart.com out of this organization. It was never received by me. They are contacted by can't. Then it claims, although the automatic communication suggests push 2 for customer support - all client service representatives are active. It requested me to depart quantity and my title. I did so that, along side my order quantity. 5 calls in two times, however no reaction.

I wonder if this location is actually genuine. Do not purchase from elegance-mart.com, you'll get scammed. Today I've to try and stop my Paypal fee for them.
