Curves In new Oxford ripped off my mother for 4 years keeps taking money out

My mom contacted the owner of Curves when she was medically unable to go to Curves. She was diagnosed with COPD and is on oxygen 100% of the time. Anyway, we thought she would take care of everything. Well 4 years has gone by and my mom thought it was another bill that was coming out because the name showes as Hess not Curves on my mom's checking account. So when my sister called to talk to the owner she said there was nothing she could do. I mean give me a break. Technically it is her fault and you cannot tell me there is nothing she can do. I know that the more money a franchise brings in looks better for her so cancellation is I am sure not something a franchise owner would want to do. I am going to investigate what our legal options are because I am sorry my mother is on a fixed income and I am positive this is happening to more than one person. There is a nursing home next door to the Curves. So if anyone has advice to give me on what to do please do so. I will continue to seek restituton. It is a lot of money you figure $29 times 48 is $1,392. I am so disappointed in Curves being a Christian based company.
