Curves Marana - Jeniffer Wuollet - Chad Wuollet - Berni Schmidt Ripoff owners misled us in the sale of their business We believed them because she said she was employeed by Curves They got our $10,000.00 and ran!

We were tryingt to purchase two Curves clubs from these people in the city of Marana. We asked numorus times for the balance and profit and loss sheets and kept getting different answers ie; they will provide or we can't give them to you because our ther businesses are tied into them, but they did mention a few times that Jeniffer was a mentor for the Curves Corporation.

At one point they gave us three months of income figures and took the middle figure and deducted the monthly bills and came up with a net to owner of around 6,200 and this along with her being a mentor led us to believe this figure x 12 = net to owner for the year. At that point we made an offer based on those figures and offer was excepted with the understanding the we could close escrow until Aug. 31 when we moved to Marana. We went back to Marana (April?) gave them $5,000.00 deposit on each of the 2 clubs and asked them to send projection sheets, this is what Curves bases everything financially on, income for the month and people thru the door. As we received these over the next few months i figured that from January thru June the businesses lost about 50% of the income.

It was at that point that I told them if we didn't see the P/L and balance sheets we would not be able to continue the deal because we were misled on the actual profit to owner and asked them to at least tell me in an e-mail what the profit for the years was and I haven't heard anything since.

Since then I contacted Curves and they told me there was nothing they could because she is a contract employee and not a regular employee. Please beware of these people!!!
