Buyer beware

Upon placing the order for an important prescription, I inquired as to time of delivery. I was told 3-6 weeks, I made it clear that I would have to go to another supplier as I could not wait that long. The operator stated that she would put arush on the oder at no charge so I would receive it in 5-6 days. After 10 days I called to get the answer that the delivery promised was incorrect, they were sorry that but could not offer any more than the lame excuse of the decade - " I am very sorry".in retrospect, ask the delivery date and only order if it is satisfactory without the lies that may follow.
