Horrible experience/rufusal to schedule my app

Jan 25 I'd a medicine abortion, now (february. 23) i NEVERTHELESS haven't been provided a follow up app., that will be said to be completed in 14 days. Everytime i contact planned parenthood i get screamed at (yes they really screamed at me) or informed they've no available applications. I settled nearly $500 for this process.
