Increased fee with no warning

I've been likely to this Planned Parenthood for over annually today, and my contraception have been charging $40 every 3 months, as Iam about the Depo shot. Everytime I've been there they will have attempted to obtain me to join up for medical health insurance but Iam not qualified as Iam not really a citizen of Pennsylvania. The full time I had been there 3 months previously for that chance, they attempted to cost me $120 for "declining to register for that insurance". Since I have would not provide necessary data, they desired to cost me the entire charge. I discussed that I am not entitled to it plus they ultimately introduced it back to $40, therefore I believed which was behind me. I returned recently to obtain the chance again so when it got time for you to check-out they advised me it had been $109. I questioned why plus they stated it had been since I did not be eligible for the insurance and so I needed to pay total. It was never mentioned with me before I acquired the chance. It'd end up like starting a cafe, purchasing meals that usually costs $10, subsequently them getting the statement also it being almost $30. I actually donot know how they are able to simply increase my cost without telling me first. It appears as though very questionable transactions.
