Horror, fear, dreadful, terrible, shocking and hideous

When I went see Dr. John Weber and explained to him that I have major dentist phobia and also told him my past experience he understood me. When he was numbing my tooth started to hurt me so I said ouch that's hurt he kept numbing me I was yelling saying to stop, stop because you are hurting me. He put his other hand on my face but more pressure on me. He hurt me badly, emotional, and physical didn't say sorry or no apology very rude no respect treated my bad. I haven't gone any other dentist since that event. This experience was horrible, made me ill cried every night scared to death couldn't continuing my day, also horrible night mare. There wasn't professional, no caring and understanding his assistant didn't do anything just sat in the chair never said, or did nothing. (People with dentist phobia should be care more causes, gently, calm and also slow.)
