Why do you charge me more because I have insurance? Does my insurance pay more because you charge me more? Sounds kind of like fraud to me... Marking things up to get more money from an insurance comapny.

Your staff was friendly when they thought I was going to be spending money. Then when I couldn't afford your prices and left I called back and asked them to release the hold on my insurance benefits so I could get my glasses elswhere and they hung up on me while I was still talking. How rude!!
