A-1 Insurance Company
Insurance Fraud

Business & Finance

I signed papers to purchase a vehicle. I made a down payment on full coverage insurance from A-1 Insurance in Quincy, FL. I did not want the car, therefore, I took it back and asked that the dealer tear up the papers because the car was unfit (okay, that's another complaint for those people).in reference to the insurance, I called the man (Bryant) that came to the dealer to have me sign the insurance papers; and told him that I had taken the car back and needed to cancell that insurance. He [Byrant] told me okay. The next day I called and asked did he take care of it, but I never talked with him. I talked with a woman [Kim] that was very, very rude and nasty. I was told that I could not cancel my insurance unless the dealer faxed them something saying that I had turned the car back in. The insurance company already knowed that I had turned the car in. The dealer flat-out refused to send any confirmation at all and Mr. Moore would not ask him to send it. The two are working in cohoots with one another to keep my hard-earned money. A-1's clients are mostly African-Americans. These people put up with the abuse and arrogance of Mr. Moore and his staff. These people give their money to Mr. Moore and he disrespects them at every opportunity. The sad part about it is, these Black people don't know they are being disrespected and more than likely, overcharged. I would like to see them shut down immediately.
