I was signing, up of course they get credit information first.By the end there was a place to cacell. Did not work. Charged $53.85 cannn't get back

I joined weight watchers online, cancelled within 5-10 minutes, have requested numerous times that they refund the entire amount. They refunded $5.00, I refuse to pay them any amount what so ever. I have disputed with the bank also.
