Online signup charged nearly 60 dollars, refund only 5

I recently signed up on line with Weight Watchers. Immediately upon seeing the site, I requested a refund as the program was too difficult to follow. If one physically checks out a Weight Watchers program they can attend a session without any monetary expense. However, when I tried to look at the program on line, and I signed up for a three month program, I was charged and could not get a refund in the amount of close to $60.00. They said I could have a refund for $5.00 and some change. I am truly disillusioned with this company. So buyer beware.
