I had been through part of the program and had just signed up for another round of the shots. Had an appointment to pick up the medication and when I got there the office was completely empty.
Left a phone number to call another office indicating they would continue the program but all you got was an aswering machine and no return calls.
Have tried contacting the Waco, Texas office that was supposedly the headquarters but have received no information from them either.
They owe everyone at least a partial refund and some a complete refundas part of the program was a maintenance phase and now no one will be able to complete the program.
I am going to continue pursuing this company for a refund.
