Idea village overcharged me and then wouldn't cancel my order

Simple Toes / Concept Community overcharged me. They charged me increase for that item after which dual of the whole new purchase for that delivery - all without my permission.

Then I called to change the order plus they would not alter the purchase. I described this could create many clients furious and need to stop their purchase. They did not care. Then I attempted to stop my purchase plus they would not. The corporation is real Scam. Avoid them.
