Ripoff Scam Double Charge, Bad Attitude, No Help, Overcharged, Slow Service, Gave no receipt, Unprofessional

I found www.centralpack.com on the internet and noticed some great prices on shipping supplies. After making a custom order with them and agreeing upon a price, my order was set and charged a price higher then what we had agreed upon. I was told a correction would be made to my order to fix the error but it has been 2 months and after several communication attempts, no refund has been given. It also took them over a month to even process my order at all. Any time I'd call to ask about my order they didn't even have information about it most of the time. I'd have to repeat my order over to them every time I called. I was never treated like a valuable customer, except for the first time I called to place the order. After that it was an "I don't care attitude." After I'd call to get an update and have to repeat my order to them, they'd say, "ok we'll call you back in a little bit" but never would and I'd have to call and repeat the order ALL OVER AGAIN!!! I also asked for a break down of the prices I was charged. I wanted some type of receipt of my order sent somehow and they never sent it to me. I was told it would be with the shipment, but it ofcourse was not. Now to top it all off, 2 months after my card was charged for this order, THEY CHARGED IT ALL AGAIN AS A DOUBLE CHARGE. They are trying to steal over $1200 from me! I really thought this company would come through for me but it just seems to be getting worse and worse even months after the order!!! Stay away, they don't care, aren't professional and will double charge your credit card!!!
