Prado E Cigarette $109.90 was stolen from my checking account

On December 1 I ordered the trial kit of E-Cigarettes from Directecig.com with the purchase price being $7.95, which included a $2.00 discount. Before placing my order I printed the order page and read it carefully. I pressed continue and gave my payment information. I few days later I received the kit but I have not opened the box as od yet. On Friday, December 17th, I received an email thanking me for my purchase of additional products that amounted to $109.90. I knew I had not purchased any additional items and thought it was a matter I could take care of on Monday, December 20th. While checking my bank account on Saturday, December 18, I saw where they had taken $109.90 out of my account. I immediately start emailing the company in that I could not talk to anyone. On Monday, December 20th I requested by telephonethat they put my money back into the account but they refused to talk to me and hung up in my face five times. They did cancel the account but they said I could not get my money back because of their policy agreement.in total I have sent about five emails.
As I stated earlier, I always print off anything I am purchasing on the internet. I do this because I cannot see very well and to make sure I don't miss anything. There was nothing on the page about 14days or charging me $109.90. I did look at the page again today with my magnifying glass on the screenand it was there in small writing but it did not print off when I printed the page on December 1. I consider this fraud and deceptive advertisement. I am a senior citizen and I want my money back and additionally, I want to send the product back as is untouched.
