I put an order or Ulta.com on Thursday 12/16. Our purchase continues to be "running" for 8 times. I have talked to many reps and 2 supervisors wondering why my purchase hasn't delivered. They mentioned "they are only a little behind" at this time. I stated properly your site claims you deliver purchases within 1-2 business days which purchases placed by this day are assured before 12/24. The reaction I obtained was "We Are sorry, your purchase is going out quickly. If it doesnt reach you by 12/24 then please feel liberated to return it."

I asked why do they not inform clients if they're not likely to follow their recommendations, or when they currently they'll not have the ability to match the clients demand within reason. I had been informed that nothing is every assured online, which I will return the merchandise easily no further need or require it after I obtain it.

I'm very apalled by this. I am amazed they are still running a business by working in this way??
