Cannot cancel service

We approached LexisNexis to purhcase online research providers. They cited me a regular charge that was reasonable. After utilising the support a few occasions, I came across that I really could improve quality study free via Google. I named and requested to stop the service informing them I had been disappointed using the support, that it had been not helpful to our study. We settled our regular bills to-date. They declined stating our agreement was an "automated restoration" the one that might just be terminated about the "60th time prior to the yearly wedding" normally it'd proceed forever! We were surprised that the business like LexisNexis might place such fine-print to their agreements. Furthermore, I've never heard about a trustworthy organization that will not arrived at some contract having a disappointed client.

I'll follow closing this agreement in different ways but personally I think it's very important to allow folks understand to not signal a with LexisNexis!
