Ask the credit card company to CHANGE YOUR CREDIT CARD NUMBER IMMEDIATELY! 2. Mail the "free sample" back to to the vendor in a priority united states postal box with a confirmation slip and include a money order for $10 so that they can process the return of your "free sample". Mail it back to their return address and tell them to cancel all future shipments. (it's your choice, spend for a $10 money order and priority shipment or let them bill your credit card every month for their unwanted product.
