Very rude service

Ive had numerous issues with my Walmart Pharmacy. They not have our medications prepared even if named in times ahead of time. We delay and delay or return numerous occasions before our medications are prepared. Recently we have had difficulty obtaining our insurance straightened out, just with walmart. We'd 2 guidelines after which dropped one. We informed the drugstore within days. We have spoken to the insurance provider over six occasions within the last 4 weeks. All walmart needs to do is contact their quantity and reply a few concerns when it appears on the display, (that will be the things they are designed to do) after which it'd all be studied care of. They wont get it done!!! They are also hectic and inform me to contact them AGAIN! I told them nowadays I Have previously voiced together and he explained it had been refused because of firing, therefore I offered him the newest card I only received, he attempted it (so he claims) and stated it didnt work. Subsequently said he "DIDNT HAVE PERIOD, HE WAS ONE HOUR BEHIND, THEN INFORMED ANOTHER LADY WHO WORKED THERE, IT HAD BEEN A-2 HOUR DELAY THEN LOOKED RIGHT AT ME AND STATED, ITS A-3 HOUR DELAY WHEN THEY COMPLAIN!" he explained he'd the option of ticking off 400 individuals or me, therefore it appeared as if it had been my evening. The lady examining people out appeared mortified he talked in my experience this way. She apologized and that I stated it wasnt her location, she didnt owe me one. A week ago I acquired very similar response from the feminine pharmacist who worked there, explained she didnt have time for you to create a telephone call. She got the amount and stated she'd look after it 24 hours later. Well obviously she didnt do her work both. I went home and named another nearby drugstore and am along the way of getting our company moved. They're terrible. They will have gotten too large to deal with people like Sam Walton guaranteed they'd be handled. You are only several within their pc, when they have occasion for you at-all!
