Worst front desk support

I'll never go back to Aspen Dental in Altoona, Pa. Or every other one for instance, particularly if it's exactly the same customer support as that workplace does.

Shandel is extremely rude so when I introduced this up at my talk to work supervisor Brandy, she also offered me perspective aswell.

I am guessing it was all since my insurance does not engage but when I'd have experienced a great encounter my first visit, I'd have paid of wallet. Perhaps they ought to employ new those who have empathy and therefore are more under-standing.
