Consistant bad service dont you guys care about your customers?

There are two FEMALE pharmacy tech WHO BOTH WORK THE PM SHIFT OR MID AFTERNOON in your cvs store, pharmaCY #9778 1201 central ave chino ca and i have to say they are the rudest and most ANNOYING PEOPLE I HAVE EVER HAD THE DISPLEASURE OF MEETING. ON MORE THAN ONE OCCASION THEY WILL HANG UP THE PHONE WHEN THEY CAN CLearly tell your not finished or leave out and not fill a prescription. Am not sure what kind of people you guys are hiring but even the male staff acknowlegde that many people complain about them so you guys better take care of this issue or i will blog about this particular store till no one in the ontario chino montclair area will go get there meds filled there. What happened to customer service is it not important to
