Questionable business practices by Donna (office mgr.)

Went for eye exam on above date. This office referred me to another Dr. At UAB Callahan Eye Foundation. My wife called Dr. McDowell's office for info on my eye exam to take with me to next doctor visit she was informed by Donna that she did not charge me for one of the tests they performed by mistake and that we owed them another 90 dollars on top of the 120 I already paid. Wife said send bill and we would pay it. Donna never did fax eye exam info. To my wife. We never did get the bill for the 90 dollars. When I went to see Dr. At UAB info for eye exam had never been sent so they called McDowells office and it still took over an hour to receive just some but not all of the eye info.in the mean time Donna called my wife at our home and told her that the 90 dollar bill had been turned over to a collection agency. It has not even been 30 days. We went to McDowells office last Sat. And asked to see the bill dated on a different day from my original eye exam.in spite of all that my wife offered to pay her (Donna) the 90 dollars which she refused to accept because it had already been turned over to a collection agency. When asked to speak to her boss she refused to let us. The woman was extremely rude. When I stated that this was a bunch of bs she called the Trussville police. I remained to speak with police. Officer said it was a civil matter and therefore out of his hands. That is why I am complaining to you
