I was seen numerous times by this dentist, on my last visit, I was told that I didnot owe anything on checking out. I had a broken tooth and was going to schedule later to have it repaired, the receptionist looked in the computer and stated I would not have to pay anything if I stayed and had the crown at that time. I had already had other dental work that day. Six months later I was sent a bill for $167.40 and I called the office to ask why. I was told it was past due and several bills had been sent to me, this is not true. I asked to speak with the dentist and I was told she will only tell you the same thing. I in turn sent a letter to her home to get her attention. This is when the dentist sent me a letter saying, I was no longer a client and do not contact her again. I was also threatened to have my wages garnished and I have recently paid the bill as I am about to relocate and seek employment elsewhere. The tooth has since broken and was repaired with a filling on August 18. I was willing to comprise in some way, although I do not feel that I was properly treated and the dentist did not want to hear that I was still having problems. She had earlier referred me to an endodontist because she was not effective in sedating me to do a root canal. His service was efficient and professional. I have endured physical pain, needlessly. Dr. Gray's behavior, as well as, her staff has been very unprofessional, others have had similiar complaints and settled in justice court or elected to seek dental care elsewhere. The tooth that was recently repaired broke about the same time I started getting threatnening, demand for payment bills. Thank you, Linda K. Richardson
