Rude and no shipment

I requested some viatmins more than 6 months before. While 3 months arrived and went i sent the organization. It got 2 times to react, informing me it'd maintain that Thursday or Friday (4 times in the period of mail). Nothing got in. Named Mon claimed these were shipping it concern and you will be there Thursday.By Friday no cargo. Named and asked to get a return. Stated they'd return to me. They'd to check on to determine if it'd gone out yet. No body called me back. TERRIBLE company. They actually hung-up on me! Paul was an entire * and didnt actually wish to cope with the problem.
