Unethical, holding my RX

I shipped in my own RX to become loaded. Before it had been "recorded in" to become prepared somebody at NextRX created an error and without my understanding or authorization named among my physicians to get a refill of 2 additional medicines, and also the physician fax the refill RX thinking I created the demand. Since these RX's had a copayment of $200.00 I received automatic phone to verify I'd take the copay quantity. They'd my charge card and that I OK'ed it, considering it was the two RXis I shipped in. Then I called back since I understand the RXis I shipped in mere had a an extremely little copayment and also to ask why co-payment was so much. It had been subsequently discovered these were completing the wrong RX that I never required. The CRITICISM is: these were with-holding the RX I shipped in and wouldn't load it simply because they were completing the RX (that used to do not obtain) and wouldn't load every other RX obtained simply because they were completing the RX having a high deductable. That is a exercise. They've no to postpone completing any genuine RX for almost any cause, particularly when I'd previously decided to spend the deductible. This may appear a small criticism but I required the shipped in RX immediately plus they weren't likely to load it or load it following the greater deductable was compensated by my charge card.
