Extremely Poor Support on Required Medications

2 times in fourteen days I've been negligently offended by unthoughtful or even dishonest business methods as of this CVS. First having a 102 temperature along with a serious disease, I requested them on Friday morning to please contact my physician to get a prescription (I offered them the telephone number). On Sunday morning after I came... No prescription... No report of something. The Sunday individuals merely attributed it about the Friday people and stated they'd no handle and maynot do something. I really couldnot begin my medicines as a result of this until Friday morning, through which moment I had been much more critically sick. On Friday they stated they'd "sent" a prescription demand. Why they'd fax when directed to contact, and subsequently to some quantity which was clearly not really a fax, and never examine to determine whether it experienced or not appears incredibly unprofessional or even silly (clearly my physician's office explained they never obtained a fax and sometimes even the audio of the fax arriving on the style range).

Per week later next disaster, my physician (today managing me to get a serious sinus disease that they anticipated may be shifting to my mind) desired me instantly on big serving antibiotics to be able to ideally prevent possible surgery. This time around my physician named in to the same Drugstore on Friday morning around 1:30pm. I really couldnot organize to get my medicines until Sunday around 1:30pm. They'dnot stuffed the prescription (atleast this time around they understood it existed). She stated they'd possibly simply been too busy to load it (this really is a day later actually) and again attributed the Friday team. She stated the prescription could be prepared in 20 minutes. I expected her if it was uncommon to get a prescription to consider twenty four hours to load. I went home and got a telephone call about 20 minutes later (the very first time they'd named me, actually) stating these were out-of that antibiotic however they might deliver me to a different shop to load it.

Ok, if anybody cannot observe how many types of wrong this all-is I should be insane. But when I'm and there is a prescription to repair it, I am definitely not completing it at CVS. I am completed with these thoughtless and unprofessional individuals who clearly have been in some company apart from healthcare.
