Inconvenience and poor customer service

On 5/22 my ex named me to express he was out-of Joshis prescription because of losing them within the gravel at his mothers home. He requested that I attempt to have more before he was to take holiday using the children. I named the physicians office plus they decided to create a brand new one despite the fact that it was only a little to early to obtain it. This prescription is just a narcotic. It is used-to assist together with his asperger's. On 5/22 Between 5: thirty or 6:00 P.M. I slipped a prescription off for my son Josh Meadows. 5/22 at around 6:30 I obtained a phone stating that I really couldnot get my prescription loaded plus they might contact when it could be. I had been only a little worried and named Walgreens back.in the beginning they stated that I'd simply need to wait until nearer to the day I desired it since it was to early to obtain my prescription. They recommended I call-back around 5/27. I waited and named in again. This time around they explained that Joshis physician would need to call-in stating that it had been okay to load the prescription because it was only a little early for completing. I named Joshis physician and he or she named directly into Walgreens. Walgreens named me back and explained that Cigna might purchase the prescription because it was nevertheless to early to load. I chose to wait until July 4-to have it so insurance might spend. After I named Walgreens back they explained they dropped the prescription, but was still searching for it. They stated I'd need to get a different one in the physician when they couldn't think it is. I had been informed the drugstore supervisor might contact me when they couldn't discover the prescription. I never got a phone and it is today July 5. I called around 9 today to determine easily might get the prescription. They stated that they never discovered it and they named my physician to tell them I required a brand new prescription form. I named the physicians office with no one from Walgreens actually named them. I'd to call-back to Walgreens to possess somebody spot a phone in to the physicians office. I've to depart work early today-so that I will get this prescription again. I'm really upset that they're not worried that perhaps a worker required it. I'm receiving speaking with Cigna nowadays to ensure I actually donot get charged for that absent prescription. Walgreens served as though they did nothing wrong which it had been my problem. They actually stated that it appeared as if the father acquired the prescription. I understand to get a proven fact that didn't occur.
