HiJacking my Bank account

I ordered this product with the condition (as per advertizement) that if not satisfied call 866-417-9488 and cancel and you are charged only 9 dollars for shipping and handling. I called within the alotted time and was told they had NO record of my name or number (credit card) being billed.

Money is taken out of my account on a monthly bases (50 plus dollars). I have contacted my bank, they tell me I have to cancel my card to make this stop. I have other bills paid on this account and it is a big problem to cancel.
