Ripoff I spent over $350.00 on this company, and didn't even send us the credit card

Business & Finance

Dear Sir or Maam:

I received this letter in the mail, saying that they would give me $6,500 in credit if I got the card. I tried to cancel that day and they told me to try it and if I don't like it I can call and cancel. I found out that they took $299.00 dollars out of my account at the bank (Just to open the account).

Well after I paid for getting a card, a month later they sent me a bill for $99.00 and I did not even use the card. They said that is what they charge monthly. So I paid for that bill, and they took another $99.00 dollers out of my account that same week.

I have been trying to cancel the credit cards, but it is extremely hard to contact them, so I tried emailing them too. I am waiting to see what happens, now. I just want to cancel my card so they can't rip me off anymore, and if possible get my money back.

I am a soldier in the United States Army. I work 12 hrs a day, and can't afford to pay them for nothing, I would really apprieciate your help. Thank you in advance.
