Horrible Service

Pearle Vision may be the TOUGHEST! We created the error of heading there this past year and also have had only trouble. To begin with, they'd me choose spectacles and connections. Then 6 months after I purchased them named me and stated that they'd "misread" my insurance advantages and certainly will need to cost mean extra $150. But given that they "experienced poor" they'd just cost me $120. They'dnot I'd like to return any unopened containers of connections or use me about the problem. A couple months next, they named to inform us that they had a need to cost one more $30 for my spouseis spectacles due to the body. And... We employed their charge card so we're able to have interest-free funds for 6 months. You know what... We got charged interest. I named the charge card (GE Cash) plus they explained I'd need to function it out using the shop. Pearle Vision explained that I'd need to function it out with GE Cash. I published a notice to corporate to protest plus they explained they could not perform a factor. And also the final straw... We chose to get my spouse's connections elsewhere and requested them to send over his software. They've the incorrect day on document. They declare it's 2 yrs old, despite the fact that our bill claims it is significantly less than 12 months. If you store pearle vision, anticipate to bend over!
