Defective frames / poor customer service

On January 8, I bought a set of spectacles for my 4 b/0 child. Despite managing them with child gloves, they smashed after only six months. They charge $300 to start with and so I was annoyed after I returned to Pearle plus they explained the spectacles couldn't be set. They agreed to promote me a brand new body for 50% off. Why might I'd like another body similar to the one which had damaged? All three workers were excessively rude in my experience, declined to assist me whatsoever. This despite the truth that my spouse and that I had also bought fresh spectacles on a single evening, towards the melody of $1000. I'll never set base in a Pearle Vision Middle again so long as I stay
