Poor customer service

Won a free set of glasses from the nearby optometrist in a school fundraiser. Purchased pearle vision for the past 10 years. Required a copy of my prescription to forward to physician. Pearle vision worker alice offered of a half-dozen reasons why they could not forward information or provide it tome to create. Some reasons involved 1) prescription also aged 2) just keep records for 3 decades 3) eye-doctor no further works there 4) content or fax machine damaged. Finally told when they might find prescription, it'd cost me $30. To get it. I'll never use their services again and make sure to tell my extended family and friends about their poor customer support.
